Canoeing Hatchett Creek

By George A. Sanders, III - Published on May 28, 2020
On the first full moon in April, some mix of the Sanders men, with a few friends and relatives, would launch our canoes in the headwaters of Hatchett Creek and spend three days canoeing, fishing and camping until we paddled into backwaters of Lake Mitchell. This book is written from my prospective of what I heard and saw along the way. I made sure I wrote the accounts of each days journey as soon as we got back home so it was fresh on my mind. I wrote this book so that my grandchildren will be able to relive a portion of our lives. Come along with us as we go canoeing on Hatchett Creek.
