'Utopia in Socktags' takes the reader on a host of journeys via humorous narrative and pretentious prose. His first Leeds Utd game in 1970, his father's cancer fight, a 1980's booze cruise, 1960's CBS reporting and a current day weekend in Newcastle are all given a light hearted outing by the author.
